ATLANTA --- March 7, 2024 — Actresses Anika Noni Rose, Vanessa Bell Calloway, KJ Smith, and Producer Dr. Holly Carter, were feted in grand style during the BronzeLens Women Superstars Honors fifteenth anniversary celebration on March 2, at the Rialto Center for the Arts in Atlanta, GA. Legendary SuperStar awardees Vanessa Bell Calloway and Anika Noni Rose, Emerging SuperStar awardee KJ Smith, and Behind the Lens SuperStar awardee Dr. Holly Carter graced the audience with heartfelt messages of gratitude and
compassion. They along star-studded list of attendees including Timon Kyle Durrett, Saycon Sengbloh, Terri J. Vaughn, Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens, Olympic Gold Medalist Edwin Moses, and many more arrived decked in elevated fashion.
As a special highlight for the evening Producer, Director, Animator, Writer, and 2018 BronzeLens Women SuperStar Ayoka Chenzira moderated an In Conversation with the 2024 BronzeLens Women SuperStars honorees.

WSSH continues to serve as an industry platform for interactive networking, and social and professional engagement that inspires and informs women from all walks of life.

BronzeLens Film Festival of Atlanta, Georgia, is a non-profit organization, founded in 2009, that is dedicated to bringing national and worldwide attention to Atlanta as a center for film and film production for people of color. A critical component of the festival is Cinema and Social Justice Sunday which features socially relevant films and conversations that address issues of social justice, and human and civil rights that are nominated for the ANDREW YOUNG CINEMA AND SOCIAL JUSTICE AWARD.
The Annual BronzeLens Awards Show celebrates the “Best of Festival” filmmakers. Categories include the best in Narrative Features, Documentaries, Short Narratives, Short Documentaries, Dance, Webisodes, Students, Music Videos, as well as Best Actress and Best Actor.
